GUESS PFW Spring Summer 2012
Last October 24, 2011 (I know, very late post), GUESS came back to the Philippine Fashion Week, showcasing their Spring/Summer 2012 collection. Staying true to their design aesthetic, the entire show, from the clothes, to the models, and to the styling, epitomizes the young, sexy, and adventurous lifestyle that GUESS is. The whole show reminded me of the Claudia Schiffer vintage print ad for GUESS in the early 90s. Young, sexy, and adventurous!
The show started with a short introduction from Guess Philippines’ Vice President Anthony Courchet.

The fashion show gave a party-vibe, with the help of DJ Sanya Smith.
Notice that Guess didn’t have the “typical” stick-thin models, but opted for curvy, and voluptuous models. Cue the big teased hair, red lips, animal prints, and, of course, sexy clothes, shoes, bags, and accessories!
There wasn’t any lack in star power during the show, whether off or on the runway. Bubbles Paraiso, Priscilla Meirelles, Jamilla Obispo, Jay-R, and Maxene Magalona are just some of the celebrity models rocking the show!
